What Verdano is
Verdano (verdanofinance.com) is a research platform that publishes general analysis of European publicly listed stocks. Verdano applies a structured 9-lens framework to produce verdicts (Strong Buy / Buy / Watch / Pass / Avoid) and basket-level commentary. The output is editorial research, intended for the general reader.
What Verdano is not
- Not an investment adviser. Verdano does not provide personalised investment advice. The analysis you see on this site is identical for every reader.
- Not a broker. Verdano does not execute trades, hold client funds, or recommend that you transact in any specific security.
- Not authorised by the FCA. Verdano is not registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is not required to be — the content Verdano publishes is general analysis, not a regulated activity.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site or in Verdano’s newsletter, social channels, podcast appearances, or other communications constitutes:
- Investment advice
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
- A solicitation to enter into any transaction
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice
Verdano’s verdicts describe the output of an analytical framework. They do not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Before making any investment decision, do your own research and, if appropriate, consult an FCA-authorised adviser.
Capital at risk
Investing in stocks involves risk, including the risk of losing some or all of your invested capital. Past performance — including any backtest results published by Verdano — is not a reliable indicator of future returns. Markets can move sharply against well-researched positions.
Data
Verdano sources financial data from third-party providers (yfinance, Financial Modeling Prep, and others). Verdano makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee it. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Verdano does not provide real-time market data.
Forward-looking statements
Verdano’s analysis includes forward-looking views about companies, sectors, and markets. These reflect Verdano’s opinion at the time of publication and may turn out to be wrong. Verdano is under no obligation to update past analysis as new information emerges.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdano accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on its content. Use the analysis at your own risk.
