2. Not Investment Advice
All content on this platform — including scores, research summaries, and AI-generated analysis — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Our models do not take into account your individual investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or tax position. You should seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.
3. User Responsibility
All investment decisions you make based on Verdano content are made at your sole risk and discretion. Verdano accepts no responsibility for any financial loss arising from reliance on this platform. Past performance data does not guarantee future results. The value of investments can fall as well as rise; you may lose some or all of your capital.
4. Data You Submit
By submitting content to Verdano — such as notes, journal entries, or portfolio data — you grant Verdano a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service to you. We will not use your content for marketing or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. On account deletion, your content will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Account Termination
Verdano may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms breaches, fraudulent activity, or harm to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. Verdano may discontinue the service with 90 days’ written notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Verdano’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Verdano in the 12 months preceding the claim. Verdano is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including financial losses arising from investment decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
